Dustin M. Gillman

Founder, CEO, and Managing Member

Dustin is Divy Penners Management’s Founder and Managing Member. Mr. Gillman’s background includes investment banking (Morgan Stanley), options trading (Susquehana International Group), private equity (Ranch Capital, LLC – mostly backed by Berkshire Hathaway) and operating experience (Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, 50% owned by Berkshire Hathaway). Mr. Gillman graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School and School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.

During his downtime, Dustin enjoys quality time with his amazing wife, Tara, and their three kids. He loves European travel.

Giuliano Mana

Associate

Giuliano has a Bachelor’s in Finance from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and holds a Master’s in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He spends most of his time reading and writing.

Mei-Ling Downey-Wilson

Chief of Staff

Mei-Ling is the Chief of Staff, managing IT, administration, marketing, and operations. She has 15 years of experience and has worked in Law and Information Technology. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego double-majoring in Communications and Theatre.

Mei-Ling loves spending time with her husband, daughter, two cats, and her dog.
